Annie Deadman Training is run with the help of a small dedicated team. These qualified instructors are experienced at delivering high quality and motivational training sessions. Demanding but still fun.

Fitness Training Timetable

Your choice of classes is as follows. Alternatives are always offered to accommodate abilities and physical limitations.

FITCAMP : A mix of strength work and cardio work, using weights and body weight. A wonderful all-rounder for both fitness and strength.
HIIT/ CIRCUITS : This session may either be a HIIT class (see below) or a Circuits Class. A typical Circuits session mixes up strength work with cardio over a number of stations, using a variety of equipment. The structures vary, so it’s always a surprise.
BOXFIT : A thrilling and energetic class using class using pads, gloves and fitness drills. No previous boxing experience necessary but do arrive 10 minutes early for your first class for some pad-handling training.
HIIT : This is an energetic session with huge variety (partner work, pyramids, ladders) and again, a mix of cardio and strength work. Low impact options always offered. (The Saturday HIIT session is 45 minutes, otherwise an hour).
STRONG : This session focuses on developing strength and tone and improving technique by using both weights and bodyweight. The coaching is spot on!

Fitness Training Costs

The new term starts Monday 24 February and ends Saturday 18 April 2020 (8 weeks).


  • Minimum joining period is 4 weeks within any one term.
  • One class a week £13.
  • Unlimited classes per week £22.
  • 10% discount for couples.
  • Option to pay in two halves.

Decide how many weeks (minimum 4) you want, then contact the office for payment details.

Hampton Hill Scout Hut

School Road Avenue, Hampton Hill TW12 1QJ

Located behind the swing park in Holly Road recreation ground. Enter via green metal gates, follow the path down which takes you to the scout hut. Well lit in winter.

Hampton Methodist Church Hall

Percy Road, Hampton TW12 2JT

On right hand side of church is a narrow drive leading to a small car park. The entrance to the hall is right there.

Bespoke Pilates Classes
