Timetables, locations and costs – all you need to know


Description of Classes

We encourage everyone to work across a mix of classes and alternatives are always offered to accommodate abilities and physical limitations. 

FITCAMP : A mix of strength work and cardio work, using weights and body weight.  A wonderful all-rounder for both fitness and strength.
HIIT/ CIRCUITS : This session may either be a HIIT class (see below) or a Circuits Class.  A typical Circuits session mixes up strength work with cardio over a number of stations, using a variety of equipment. The structures vary, so it’s always a surprise.
BOXFIT : A thrilling and energetic class using class using pads, gloves and fitness drills.  No previous boxing experience necessary but do arrive 10 minutes early for your first class for some pad-handling training.
HIIT : This is an energetic session with huge variety (partner work, pyramids, ladders) and again, a mix of cardio and strength work.   Low impact options always offered. (The Saturday HIIT session is 45 minutes, otherwise an hour).
STRONG :  This session focuses on developing strength and tone and improving technique by using both weights and bodyweight.  The coaching is spot on!

We operate in 6 or 7 week terms (following state school terms).
Our new Spring term starts Monday 6 January and ends
Saturday 22 February 2020 (7 weeks)

Standard fees:

  • 1 class per week: £13
  • Unlimited classes per week: £22
  • 10% discount for couples
  • Option to pay in two halves
  • 4 week minimum sign up (unless you are a brand new member)

Just decide how many weeks within the 7 week term (minimum 4 unless you are new) and then contact Annie for payment details.

Fitness Class Locations

Hampton Hill Scout Hut

‘The Triangle’, School Road Avenue, Hampton Hill TW12 1QJ
(officially known as the George Stanley Hall)

It is located behind the swing park in Holly Road recreation ground. The entrance to the hall is via some green metal gates adjacent to the road, next to the railway bridge. These gates lead onto a narrow path which takes you to the Scout Hut. It is well lit in winter. In the summer we hold some 9.30am sessions outside on Holly Road recreation ground.

On the right hand side of the church is a narrow drive which leads to a small car park. The entrance door to use is right there.

Bespoke Pilates Classes
