Timetable, locations and costs – all you need to know

Motivating group sessions both online and in-person.

FITNESS TRAINING TIMETABLE
Tuesday 4 January to Saturday 19 February 2022.

Our customers are scattered far and wide and therefore much of the timetable is by Zoom, which is fantastic for those early ‘before work’ sessions. The instructor sees everything you do so can coach, challenge and motivate. For a safe and social fix of group training, add an in-person class whenever you like. The choice of what you do and when you do it, is yours.

All sessions are 1 hour unless specified but you can leave / log-off earlier if work or children are calling.
FITCAMP: These sessions are a variety of formats (sometimes HIIT, sometimes circuits, tabata, pyramids) but always challenging. You will need some weights if you are working out at home.
STRONG: Minimum cardio, this is a great session for developing strength, targeting specific areas in each session.
HIIT: A full body sweat. Low impact options always offered. No-one needs jump if they don’t want to.
YOGA FOR SPORT: This is an hour of stretching, breathing practise, strength and flexibility (with a sprinkling of myofascial release) to benefit all those who lead active lives. The sessions are online and run by Sam Edwards (‘Core Yoga with Sam’). You may need a tennis ball for some of the session.

COST: 4 weeks minimum sign up
1 session per week: £12 per week (£48 for 4 weeks)
Unlimited sessions per week: £20 per week (£80 for 4 weeks)
HOW TO BOOK: Please email Annie to request a free taster session or to make a booking. Book for the whole 8 week term (payment in two halves) or just book for 4 weeks.

Located behind the swing park in Holly Road recreation ground. Enter via green metal gates, follow the path down which takes you to the scout hut. Well lit in winter.

Hampton Methodist Church Hall

On right hand side of church is a narrow drive leading to a small car park. The entrance to the hall is right there.
