FESTIVE FITNESS FORTNIGHT (FFF)
As usual, we are running another fantastic FFF, running from Monday 18 December to Sunday 31 January.
This is 14 days of unlimited fitness training sessions (both online and in-person) all for £25. 100% of the profits will be shared between two charities: Ovarian Cancer Action and YoungMinds, which supports young people and their families through mental health challenges.
Below is the TIMETABLE.
In-person sessions are in pink.
Many are marked as Circuits – there will be different formats.
All other sessions are online and marked in blue.
All online sessions will be recorded and recordings last for 7 days.

REGULAR FITNESS TRAINING TIMETABLE
Clients are far and wide so most of the session are online. You will be coached, motivated and challenged at a level suitable for you. Weights are required for all online sessions.
All sessions are recorded so you can do them in your own time too. (Recordings last 7 days).
FITCAMP: Half strength-training, half cardio. A perfect mix.
STRONG: Strength training to help build muscle and bone density to support joints and increase strength. Pilates work sometimes included.
HIIT: Shorter, punchy workouts with high and low impact options. Great if you’re short on time.
YOGA FOR SPORT: A full hour of flow with strength and mobility work and targeted muscle release (you’ll need a tennis ball !) to benefit those who lead active lives.

COST:
1 fitness training session per week (any session): £12 per week
Unlimited sessions per week: £20 per week
5 weeks minimum sign up.

Located behind the swing park in Holly Road recreation ground. Enter via green metal gates, follow the path down which takes you to the scout hut. Well lit in winter.

state school term-time.
6 weeks of 1 class a week costs £72.
Bespoke Pilates Classes
