Fitness Classes

A fabulous range of group training sessions to knock the stuffing out of you and get some results. They are powerful and exhilarating and inclusive, as we can adapt to all fitness levels.

Pilates Classes

Strengthen and lengthen… and yes, sweat a bit. These classes demand focus and discipline but give so much back in return. You’ll develop strength on the inside which gives you power and confidence on the outside.

Personal Training

Why personal training? Because sometimes we need to make ourselves accountable to someone else in order to help us stick to our promises, our goals and our training schedules.

The Blast Plan

Blast is a wonderful 21 day programme for health, fitness and fat-loss. It’s run as an online plan but you can book group classes (min 4 weeks) rather than follow online workouts, if that’s more your thing. Find out more at the Blast website.
