FESTIVE FITNESS FORTNIGHT (FFF 2024)
As usual we are running another fantastic FFF to raise money for charity and ensure your energy levels and motivation keeps going right through the festive break.
For £25 you’ll have unlimited training sessions running from Monday 23 December to Saturday 4 January 2024 and will be in aid of the charity Cocoon Care After Care which provides emotional and financial support to young people who are leaving the care system.
Below is the TIMETABLE (details of what each session entails will be sent out by email at the beginning of each FFF week).
In-person sessions are in pink.
All other sessions are online and marked in blue.
All online sessions will be recorded and recordings last for 7 days.

FITNESS TRAINING TIMETABLE
- A mix of in-person and online sessions.
- You will need weights for online workouts.
- All online sessions are recorded and recordings last for 7 days.
- Adaptations to accommodate differing abilities are always offered.
BACK TO FIT (starts mid Sept 2024): Two x 30 minute strength sessions to boost confidence and strength
INTERVAL TRAINING: Designed to maximise calorie output through compound movements.
STRONG: Strength training to help build muscle and bone density to support joints and increase strength.
PILATES STRONG: A mix of strength training and Pilates style core work
SUPER SATURDAY CIRCUITS: A fantastic session to hit all the spots. Functional fitness at its best.
YOGA FOR SPORT: A full hour of flow with strength and mobility work and targeted muscle release (you’ll need a tennis ball!) to benefit those who lead active lives. This is fortnightly.

6.30-7.00am SURPRISE WORKOUT – different each week, something for everyone (30 mins)

COST:
ONLINE ONLY:
£15 per week unlimited sessions
ONLINE AND IN-PERSON:
£20 per week unlimited sessions
£12 per week for one session
Minimum sign-up for Autumn term is 7 out of 9 weeks.

Located behind the swing park in Holly Road recreation ground. Enter via green metal gates, follow the path down which takes you to the scout hut. Well lit in winter.

6 weeks of 1 class a week costs £72.
Bespoke Pilates Classes
