Every year at this time I run two weeksâ of classes (online and in-person) for ÂŁ25, with a hefty portion of the proceeds going to charity. This yearâs charity is the RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institution).
To sign up for 2 weeks, please use the button below. It will take you to page on the Stripe platform where you will be able to pay. You wonât receive email notification that your payment has been received, but I will see your payment and add you to the email group. In-Person classes are in pink and are held in Hampton Hill, SW London and are all 60 minutes. Online classes are in blue and are 40 minutes.

FITNESS TRAINING TIMETABLE
- A mix of in-person and online sessions.
- You will need weights for online workouts.
- All online sessions are recorded and recordings last for 7 days.
- Adaptations to accommodate differing abilities are always offered.
INTERVAL TRAINING: A mix of strength and conditioning work. Â Low impact options always offeredâ
STRENGTH TRAINING: Strength work using weights to help build muscle and bone density to support joints and increase strength. Either Full Body or Upper or Lower Body.
PILATES STRENGTH:Â A mix of strength training and Pilates style core work
CIRCUITS:Â A fantastic session to hit all the spots. Functional fitness at its best.
YOGA FOR SPORT: A full hour of flow with strength and mobility work and targeted muscle release (youâll need a tennis ball!) to benefit those who lead active lives. This is fortnightly.

6.30pm (eve) Yoga and muscle release (60 mins fortnightly)

7.00am Interval Training and Core 40 mins
8.00am Strength training 30 mins
SATURDAYS
8.00am In-Person Circuits 60 mins

ONLINE ONLY:
ÂŁ15 per week unlimited sessions
ONLINE AND IN-PERSON:

Located behind the swing park in Holly Road recreation ground. Enter via green metal gates, follow the path down which takes you to the scout hut. Well lit in winter.
